Do not use sevenstar to promote any illegal activities.

Harmful Activities

Do not distribute content that harms or interferes with the operation of the networks,Servers, or other infrastructure of sevenstar

Hacking Personal Information

Do not access other user’s account without their permission. Do not disturb other people’s personal information like email Id, passwords, play store or app store credentials without their permission.

NOTE: In case of any illegal activities from user, we can block their account permanently.

Refund Policy:

1. For Restaurant Owner:

IN case of payment did by mistake or in case of any payment related issues from Google Play Store or App Store, we are not entitled to refund any amount. If it’s very crucial and any genuine problem is seen in our system than we can look into it and resolve the issue or issue refund

2. For Customer of Restaurant:

IN case of payment did by mistake or in case of any payment related issues for food ordered with sevenstar, we are not entitled to refund any amount. Restaurant Owner will be responsible for issue refund to customer for placed order in any case.

Order Approval:

sevenstar is not responsible for any kind of order cancelation or approval. Delivery time, Taxes, Delivery Charges and Delivery times are decided by the restaurant owner. Restaurant owners are only responsible for any kind of updates and changes of extra charges. Sevenstar food delivery is not taking any kind of taxes or extra charges from the customers.

Communication Problems between Customer and Restaurant:

In case of misbehaviour, miscommunication or any illegal activities done by customer and restaurant registered here, we will not be responsible for any such activities as we are not taking any proof of their identity.

Blocking or Deleting your Account

If we notice any illegal activity then we have all rights to permanently Block your account without any notice and reasons.

Terms of service

1. The Buyer agrees and acknowledges that sevenstar food delivery shall not be responsible for:

2. The services or goods provided by the Merchants including but not limited to serving of food Orders suiting your requirements and taste;

3. The Merchant's services or goods, or services provided by PDPs not being up to Buyer expectations or leading to any loss, harm or damage to him/her;

4. The availability or unavailability of certain items on the menu;

5. The Merchant serving the incorrect Orders; or

6. Product liability of goods provided by Merchants.

7. The details of the menu and price list available on the Platform with respect to restaurant services, goods or any other services are based on the information provided by the Merchants and sevenstar shall not be responsible for any change or cancellation or unavailability.

8. Buyers may not be able to avail Services if their delivery location is outside our current scope of Service. we will keep the Buyer informed of the same at the time of confirming his/her Order booking.

9. Buyer understands that delivery time quoted at the time of confirming the Order is an approximate estimate and may vary based on the information obtained from PDPs and Merchants. sevenstar will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of an Order.
